Solventum: Short assignment creating great value.
I was hired at Solventum for a contract position to manage S+Gās (our brand agency) work on our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and onboard our Recruitment Marketing agency, Appcast.
Due to budget cuts, we completed only our persona work which helped guide our US campaigns for plant workers.
We also launched programmatic jobs, Google Search & Display (0.94% CTR; $26 CPA) and Social Media ad campaigns (2% CTR) with above-average success.

While I did not execute the filming of these videos, I was responsible for edits to ensure they were brand-compliant. Then we used them in two campaigns. The first was a Meta campaign to test the new audience. That went well, so we expanded to other campaigns through Appcast.

As a new company, Solventum was facing an awareness challenge. We used Glassdoor ads and an internal reviews solicitation campaign to help raise that awareness. The goal was to ensure job seekers found meaningful content when researching our company.
