As the Head of Global Talent Sourcing and Engagement, I was responsible for the talent top of funnel. Making sure we were reaching, connecting and attracting the right talent to meet our business goals.
Below, you’ll find the careers site we built (click on the image), and as you scroll right, two examples of #ZoomieLife content (employee-generated based on the hashtag we socialized throughout the company), one of our LinkedIn Life pages, and a Talent Community newsletter.
In the next two sections is a video created with the facilities and brand teams showcasing our Amsterdam and San Jose offices, followed by two employee stories (one global and one for Japan).

Life at Zoom Japan
My team and I worked directly with the local teams to identify folks from the different teams we were hiring for our Japan location. Using Zoom’s auto-translation technology, we could easily review and edit the content and present it back to the team for feedback and approval.

We invited Zoomies from around the world to talk about remote work and how it impacts their lives.
